Job Description

Job Title:

Sales Manager Fire Safety Products

Locations:

Delhi
Ahmedabad
Mumbai

Salary:

Up to 1,20,000 per month
(Commensurate with experience and qualifications)

Experience Required:

5 to 12 years in Fire Safety / Fire Protection Products Sales

Industry:

Fire Safety Engineering / Fire Protection Systems / Safety Equipment

Job Type:

Full-time Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets in your region (Delhi, Ahmedabad, or Mumbai).
Develop new business opportunities and build strong relationships with contractors, consultants, builders, government bodies, and corporate clients.
Handle B2B sales of fire safety products such as fire extinguishers, fire alarms, hydrants, sprinklers, and suppression systems.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor offerings, and pricing.
Collaborate with project and technical teams for smooth execution of orders and after-sales service.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to clients.
Monitor the sales pipeline, forecast sales, and generate weekly/monthly sales reports.
Attend industry exhibitions, events, and trade shows for networking and lead generation.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 to 12 years of proven experience in sales of fire safety products.
Strong technical knowledge of fire safety systems and their applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel within the assigned region.
Must be target-driven and self-motivated.
Engineering degree/diploma preferred but not mandatory if industry experience is strong.
