Sales Manager - HVAC (Remote Job Location)

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra (Candidates must be based in Mumbai and attend office)
Pay: ?40,000 - ?80,000/month

Shift: Day shift, Fixed shift

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager for our HVAC company based in Mumbai. This is a remote role that requires candidates to attend an office in Mumbai. Ideal candidates will have 10 years of experience in the HVAC industry, with a proven track record in sales, project execution, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and prepare quotes based on BOQs from clients.
• Create purchase & work orders; coordinate daily reporting and invoicing with customers and contractors.
• Follow up on advances and outstanding dues.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement sales strategies.
• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Improve customer satisfaction and optimize sales processes through data analysis.
• Stay ahead of the competition by conducting market research.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and industry contacts.

Qualifications:

• Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar technical discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in the HVAC industry, including sales, project management, and system execution.
• Skills: Expertise in HVAC solutions (VRV, VRF, Ductable & Ventilation systems). Proven experience in quoting, estimating, billing, and marketing HVAC systems to medium and large companies.
