Key Responsibilities: - Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calls and networking. - Engage in meaningful conversations to understand client needs and assess alignment with GoPrac's offerings. - Pitch GoPrac's AI-enabled recruitment services to senior leaders and decision-makers. - Build and nurture relationships with key industry contacts to create new business opportunities. What We're Looking For: - Proven experience in sales, business development, or revenue generation, particularly in the recruitment industry. - Strong understanding of the recruitment process and industry trends. - Existing network within the recruitment or HR industry is a significant advantage. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the confidence to engage with C-level executives and senior leaders. - A self-starter with the drive to meet and exceed targets in a high-performance environment.
