The Opportunity Were hiring a Sales Lead to bring precision, strategy, and warm-path thinking to our enterprise go-to-market motion. This is a role for someone who knows the playbook for cold outboundbecause theyve lived itand now wants to move upstream. Youve sold lead gen software to enterprise buyers. You know how hard it is to book meetings from scratch. At Louisa, you wont have to. We help the worlds top firms navigate their extended networksso instead of cold emails, youll start with warm intros, shared trust, and actual momentum. What Youll Own Own top-of-funnel strategy focused on warm-path GTM and relationship-based selling Convert relationship intelligence into meetings, pilots, and enterprise opportunities Qualify and manage pipeline through early-stage CRM execution Partner with marketing and product to sharpen outreach, content, and conversion Work directly with the founder to activate high-value accounts and relationships What Were Looking For 35 years selling B2B software, ideally in the lead generation, intent, or sales automation space Experience working with enterprise buyers (finance, consulting, SaaS, etc.) Confident running outbound, but excited to shift into warm, trust-first sales CRM-native, pipeline-disciplined, and fluent in outbound systems and tools Able to operate autonomously while collaborating tightly with product and GTM teams Bonus Points Experience selling to CROs, RevOps, or GTM teams at large companies Familiar with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, SalesNav, Notion, etc. Previously supported or worked alongside founder-led sales Intuitive understanding of how trust and timing impact B2B decisions Why This Role Youve sold the tools that generate leads.
