Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Lead with 6-8 years of expertise in Real Estate or Automobile sales to drive revenue growth and manage high-performing sales teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, building client relationships, and achieving business targets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts.
