Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Lead with 1-3 years of experience in sales, client handling, and quotation creation. The ideal candidate should possess good English communication skills and a strong ability to engage with clients, understand their needs, and drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities: Client Handling: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through effective communication and follow-ups. Quotation Creation: Prepare and send accurate and competitive quotations based on client requirements. Sales & Lead Generation: Identify potential customers, pitch products/services, and convert leads into sales. Negotiation & Closing: Handle negotiations, address client concerns, and close deals efficiently. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences. Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (operations, finance, logistics) to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction. Reporting: Maintain sales records, track progress, and provide regular updates to the management team. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role. Excellent English communication (verbal & written) for professional interactions. Strong quotation creation and pricing strategy skills. Ability to handle client queries, objections, and negotiations. Proactive, target-driven, and customer-focused approach.
