About The role The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities, by using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers Responsibilities 1. Handle customer requests and queries to convert them to accounts. 2. Take up a proactive approach to ensure resolution and high customer satisfaction. 3. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. 4. Recommends potential services to management by collecting customer information and analysing customer needs. 5. Prepares service reports by collecting and analysing customer information and reporting product malfunctions.,
