Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Target Achievement:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share and achieve sales targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales reports to identify new opportunities and optimize sales performance.
- Set monthly and annual sales quotas for the team and individual salespeople.
- Team Leadership & Management:
- Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team, providing continuous coaching and performance feedback.
- Motivate the team through incentive programs and a positive work environment to ensure they are engaged and productive.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, share best practices, and address challenges.
- Dealer/Channel Management:
