Educational Qualification: M.Sc. in Biotechnology, or Bachelors/Masters degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow business operations in the Personal and Home Care segment across India.
• Identify new client opportunities and generate sales of raw materials and specialty chemicals.
• Onboard and manage supplier partnerships to support business expansion.
• Formulate and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and growth goals.
• Build and sustain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry influencers.
• Collaborate with internal teams for technical support, product development, and customer service.
• Deliver technical sales presentations and educate clients on product capabilities.
• Oversee the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to closure.
• Present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to senior management.
• Mentor and lead the sales team for future business growth.

Key Skills Required:

• Proven success in technical sales in the Personal and Home Care industry.
• Deep knowledge of specialty chemicals and raw materials.
• Strategic, independent, and business development-oriented mindset.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience in managing Pan India operations.
• Strong client relationship management abilities.

Selection Criteria:

• Age: 35-40 years
• Minimum 15+ years of relevant sales experience
• Relevant academic qualifications
• Strong ability to work independently and develop new business opportunities
