Job Description: Regional sales head (HNI & Ultra HNI Clients/ Architects/ Interior designers
Position Overview:
-Will be responsible for overseeing and driving the business strategy, growth, and relationship management within th designated zone. The role involves managing a high-value portfolio of luxury products and catering exclusively to High-Net- Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (Ultra HNIs). The ideal candidate will
have a proven track record in luxury sales, exceptional client relationship skills, and the ability to lead
.Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning and Execution:
o Develop and execute the zonal strategy to achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
o Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to identify growth
opportunities.
o Ensure alignment with the company's overall vision and business objectives.
2. Client Relationship Management:
o Build, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with HNI and Ultra HNI clients.
o Understand client preferences, aspirations, and investment behavior to provide personalized
solutions.
o Organize exclusive events, private showings, and luxury experiences to engage clients.
3. Sales and Business Development:
o Drive the sales process for luxury products, ensuring exceptional customer experiences at every
touchpoint.
o Identify new client acquisition opportunities through networking, referrals, and industry
connections.
o Act as a brand ambassador, representing the organization at high-profile events and forums.
4. Team Leadership and Management:
o Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales and client relationship managers to achieve
individual and collective goals.
o Provide training on luxury product knowledge, customer service excellence, and relationship
management.
o Establish performance benchmarks and review individual and team performance regularly.
5. Operations and Compliance:
o Oversee operational efficiency within the zone, ensuring adherence to company policies and
standards.
o Maintain high levels of confidentiality and integrity in handling client information.
o Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements in all client dealings.
6. Market Positioning and Branding:
o Collaborate with the marketing team to position the brand as a leader in the luxury space.
o Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns and initiatives targeting HNI and Ultra
HNI segments.
o Monitor and enhance the brands image and reputation within the region.
