Location: Gurugram Department: Business Development / Publisher Partnerships / Programmatic Sales Experience: 810 years About the Role: We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Head to lead and expand Coolboots Media's partnerships in the HTML5 (H5) gaming and programmatic advertising (Adx) sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital monetization, programmatic advertising, and publisher partnerships, with experience in both Indian and international markets. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Partnerships: Identify and establish partnerships with H5 game publishers, aggregators, and distribution platforms to expand Coolboots Media's reach. Programmatic Monetization: Develop and manage relationships with programmatic platforms such as Google Ad Manager (GAM), ensuring optimal ad revenue through effective inventory management. Market Expansion: Drive Coolboots Media's growth in both domestic and international markets by identifying new opportunities and tailoring strategies to diverse regions. Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Data-Driven Strategy: Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making, optimize performance, and drive revenue growth. Industry Representation: Represent Coolboots Media at industry events, conferences, and forums to enhance brand visibility and establish thought leadership. Key Requirements: Experience: 810 years in digital advertising, with a focus on programmatic sales, publisher partnerships, and H5 gaming. Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of programmatic advertising platforms, especially Google Ad Manager, and experience with H5 game monetization strategies. Market Knowledge: Proven track record of expanding business in both Indian and international markets. Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
