Strategic Planning & Leadership Develop and implement national sales strategies for Food, Nutraceutical, and Bakery product lines. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to guide sales strategies. Work closely with R&D and marketing to align product offerings with market demands. 2. Team Management Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales managers and sales representatives. Set performance targets and conduct regular performance reviews. Promote a results-driven and customer-focused sales culture. 3. Revenue & Business Growth Identify and develop new business opportunities, clients, and distribution channels (retail, HoReCa, institutional, export). Drive sales targets across modern trade, general trade, online, and B2B platforms. Collaborate with marketing and product development to launch and promote new products. 4. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. 5. Reporting & Compliance Provide detailed sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance reports to senior leadership.
