Job Title: Sales Head Food Industry Location: Kalady Job Type: Full-Time Salary: 15,000 - 30,000/month + Performance-Based Incentives Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head to lead and expand our sales operations in the food industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B/B2C food product sales and a proven ability to drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company targets Manage and mentor the sales team across regions/distribution channels Identify and onboard new clients, distributors, and retail partners Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales (preferably in food/FMCG) Strong network of distributors, wholesalers, or institutional buyers Proven leadership and team management skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person,
