Job Summary The Sales Manager will lead the Business Development Unit, driving revenue growth by selling web and digital marketing solutions. This role requires a strategic leader with expertise in **bid management, account growth, and multi-channel sales campaigns**, ensuring alignment between client needs and service delivery. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Leadership & Revenue Generation - Lead the sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly/annual targets for web design, development, and digital marketing services. - Develop and execute sales strategies for new client acquisition and existing account expansion. - Monitor KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, pipeline health) and optimize team performance. 2. Bid & Proposal Management - Own end-to-end **RFP/RFI responses, collaborating with technical, design, and marketing teams to craft winning proposals. - Conduct market research to align proposals with client needs (e.g., SEO, UX/UI trends). 3. Account Management & Client Growth - Personally manage key accounts for web design & development clients**, ensuring seamless project delivery. - Identify **cross-sell/upsell opportunities (e.g., adding SEO/SEM to web projects). *4. Sales Campaign Execution** - Design and launch multi-channel campaigns (email, social, webinars) to generate leads for digital services. - Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with revenue goals. *5. Strategic Planning & Reporting** - Develop quarterly/annual revenue forecasts, pipeline strategies, and business growth plans. - Prepare detailed reports for leadership on market opportunities, risks, and performance. *6. Sales Collateral & Portal Management** - Maintain and update sales portals (CRM, proposal tools) with current collateral (pitch decks, case studies). - Ensure all marketing materials reflect the agencys expertise in digital solutions. *7.
