Job Description
Location- Delhi, Bangalore/Hyderabad
Budget- upto 15 Lpa
Experience- 10-15 Years
Relevant experience- 10 years is needed.
Notice period- Immediate- 15 Days
Skills required- IT Sales, candidate who is more into providing IT Solutions and consulting, candidate who is dealing with IT Team (mandatory), who is working with Enterprises, Communication skills.
Interview process- 2-3 Technical rounds
Take ownership of and drive business relationship with large corporate enterprises (named accounts) from generating Sales Lead, Leading Client thru Sales Cycle, Negotiating & Closing cases, as an independent contributor. Be able to directly interact with CxO Level, especially with officials from the Infomation Technology and Information Security teams. Person should be driven by numbers and be able to independently take ownership of sales closures in region.
Ideally should have connects with CIO/ CTO/ CISO level and have closed business deals with them. The person will own sales numbers & should have a track record of delivering on same. 10 to15 years of Direct Sales Experience in IT Services/ Solutions with large corporate/ enterprise clients in designated territory, with direct responsibility for Revenue/Profitability, having personally managed the client relationship. Should have track record of having met sales numbers in earlier stints thru sales to large Corporate Clients. Candidates with Channel/ Distributor Sales experience will not suit our requirement.
Graduate (Engineering/ Science preferred)+ MBA
Fair Comm Skills in English/ Hindi/ Local Language as required. Salary open to discussion for right candidates.
Just to add to the JD, we would look for the below 3 aspects in the candidate we would like to consider.
1. Strong connects at CXO/ CXO -1 level in the IT teams of large private enterprises in the defiled territory.
2. Core sales background, with the person being numbers driven.
3. Ability to grasp a basic understanding of technology solutions (able to understand the key benefits of the concerned technology and project same for starting conversations with client)
