Job Role:-

The Sales Head at an educational is responsible for leading and executing the company's sales
strategy to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets. This role involves the
following responsibilities:

  •  Develop and implement a sales plan to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
  •  Lead and manage a sales team to ensure the effective execution of the sales strategy.
  •  Identify new business opportunities, engage with prospects and close deals.
  •  Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
  •  Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.
  •  Monitor sales metrics, such as conversion rates and average deal size, and use this data to continuously improve sales processes.
  •  Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to maintain a competitive edge.
