Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and social media.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct virtual presentations and product demos to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of Globussoft's products and services.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospects and existing clients.
  • Sales Conversion: Qualify leads, create proposals, and close sales deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify sales opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align on messaging, campaigns, and product offerings.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, opportunities, and forecast data for management.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 0- 3 years of experience in B2B inside sales, preferably in the IT/technology sector.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects and clients effectively. Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and working with CRM software.
  • Customer Focused: Strong customer relationship-building skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfortable learning and explaining technology products and services.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product management.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred)
