Job Title: Sales Executive Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and meeting sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Actively seek out and identify new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective customers effectively. Meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis. Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and negotiate contracts. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). Proven experience in sales, preferably in EV industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
