Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their go-to advisor. Property Promotion & Sales: Showcase properties from our partnered developers and close deals successfully. Site Visits: Conduct property viewings and offer detailed insights to clients. Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. Market Awareness: Stay informed about market trends, property developments, and competitor activities. Collaboration: Work with internal teams to optimize the sales process. Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Knowledge of the Mumbai real estate market, including current trends and pricing. Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
