Job Title: Sales Executive Real Estate
Location: B-214, Second Floor, T-4, NX One, Techzone IV, Greater Noida West
Salary: 18,000 to 25,000 per month (plus performance-based incentives)
Experience: 1 to 3 Years
Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client follow-ups, and managing end-to-end sales interactions. This is a high-energy role ideal for someone who thrives in a competitive, goal-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Make a minimum of 250 outbound calls per day to potential customers.

Generate 34 qualified leads daily through proactive calling and follow-ups.

Achieve a minimum of 15 client site visits per month.

Understand customer requirements and offer appropriate real estate solutions.

Provide detailed information on pricing, features, and sale terms.

Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate data on leads, calls, and visits.

Present properties confidently to potential buyers and guide them through the decision-making process.

Work closely with the marketing team to implement and optimize lead generation strategies.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Candidate Requirements:

1 to 3 years of experience in real estate or telesales (real estate preferred but not mandatory).

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Strong ability to handle high call volumes and maintain consistent follow-ups.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive under pressure.

Proficient in CRM software and MS Office tools.
