Job Title: Sales Executive Real Estate

Location: B-214, Second Floor, T-4, NX One, Techzone IV, Greater Noida West
Salary: 18,000 to 25,000 per month (plus performance-based incentives)
Experience: 1 to 3 Years


Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client follow-ups, and managing end-to-end sales interactions. This is a high-energy role ideal for someone who thrives in a competitive, goal-oriented environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make a minimum of 250 outbound calls per day to potential customers.

  • Generate 34 qualified leads daily through proactive calling and follow-ups.

  • Achieve a minimum of 15 client site visits per month.

  • Understand customer requirements and offer appropriate real estate solutions.

  • Provide detailed information on pricing, features, and sale terms.

  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate data on leads, calls, and visits.

  • Present properties confidently to potential buyers and guide them through the decision-making process.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to implement and optimize lead generation strategies.

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.


Candidate Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in real estate or telesales (real estate preferred but not mandatory).

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Strong ability to handle high call volumes and maintain consistent follow-ups.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive under pressure.

  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office tools.
