You will be working as a Sales Executive in the Real Estate sector for a full-time, on-site role in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. Your primary responsibilities will include daily client interactions, maintaining relationships with property buyers and sellers, conducting market research, coordinating property viewings, negotiating deals, developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and preparing sales reports. To excel in this role, you should possess strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Additionally, you must have client relationship management and customer service skills. It is essential to be proficient in conducting market research, developing sales strategies, and using MS Office Suite and CRM software. Being self-motivated with the ability to work independently is key to succeeding in this position. While prior experience in real estate sales is advantageous, it is not mandatory. A Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field will be beneficial for this role.
