Additionally, you will be expected to address customer inquiries in person, making bilingual proficiency a valuable asset for assisting a diverse range of customers. To excel in this role, previous experience in a retail or grocery store environment is preferred. Strong communication and phone etiquette skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently. A solid understanding of retail math concepts related to pricing and discounts will also be beneficial in carrying out your duties successfully.
