Sales Executive* Location*: Galleria Market, Gurgaon Experience*: Minimum 1 year in sales (preferably in the fashion or jewelry industry) Employment Type: Full-time* Job Responsibilities*: Client Dealing & Sales*: Actively engage with customers, assist them in selecting jewelry, and provide product knowledge to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Inventory Management*: Maintain and manage inventory levels, update stock regularly, and ensure the display is organized and replenished as needed. Client-Facing Role:* Represent the brand with professionalism, maintaining a welcoming and friendly environment for clients. Billing & Packaging*: Handle the billing process efficiently using the POS system, ensure accurate invoicing, and package items with care to enhance the customer experience. Communication Skills:* Provide excellent customer service in English (spoken and written) with clear and professional communication. Store Maintenance*: Ensure the store is tidy, presentable, and in line with the brands standards at all times. Key Requirements: Experience*: At least 1 year of relevant sales experience in the fashion or jewelry industry. Skills*: Proficient in client communication, billing systems, and inventory management. Appearance*: Well-groomed, presentable, and capable of creating a positive brand impression. Language*: Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
