Role Description This is a full-time on-site Sales Executive (Hindi Speaking) role in the Manufacturing Industry located in Chennai. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and field visits. Meet prospective clients, present product/service offerings, and follow up to close sales. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients. Travel to different regions (urban/rural as required) for sales meetings and promotional activities. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activity, and follow-up actions. Provide accurate market feedback and customer requirements to the management team. Requirements: Fluency in Hindi (spoken and written) is mandatory. Willingness to travel frequently within designated regions. Minimum 1 years of experience in sales (preferred but not mandatory for entry-level). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.). Knowledge of regional language (a plus),
