Position Summary: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to cultivate and maintain relationships with brokers in order to facilitate the sale of co-working seats. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build and sustain professional connections effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Sales Strategy and Execution: - Keep abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and industry advancements. - Provide insights to the management team regarding market conditions, client requirements, and potential opportunities. - Develop and execute sales strategies to market co-working seats to brokers and their clientele. - Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging sales materials and presentations customized for brokers. - Engage in negotiations with brokers to finalize deals that benefit both parties. - Coordinate site visits and tours for potential clients in partnership with brokers. - Present the advantages of our co-working spaces and tailor proposals to address client needs. - Follow up with brokers and clients to resolve queries and progress deals. - Broker Relationship Management: - Identify and connect with real estate brokers and agencies to establish collaborative relationships. - Cultivate and nurture strong partnerships with brokers to ensure a consistent pipeline of prospective clients. - Conduct regular meetings with brokers to update them on available co-working seats and discuss potential deals. - Reporting and Documentation: - Maintain accurate records of broker interactions, deal status, and sales activities. - Generate and share routine reports on sales performance, broker engagement, and market trends for management evaluation. - Monitor deals and manage client data accurately using Google Sheets. Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any field. Work Experience: 2-4 years of relevant work experience, with a background in broker networking, sales, and customer relations. Proven sales experience, preferably in the co-working, real estate, or commercial property sector. Skills Required: - Proficiency in the co-working industry and workspace solutions. - Strong presentation abilities and proficiency in conducting site tours. - Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies. - Excellent negotiation and closing skills. - Outstanding communication and interpersonal capabilities. - Ability to comprehend client needs and offer customized solutions. - Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented with a drive to achieve and surpass sales targets. - Familiarity with sales tracking tools.
