The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills, capable of building client relationships and achieving sales targets. Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days are preferred. Key Responsibilities:* - Conduct B2B field sales activities, targeting potential clients in the events and corporate sectors. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their event needs and provide tailored solutions. - Actively pursue sales leads, conduct meetings, and deliver compelling presentations to close sales. - Collaborate with the event management team to ensure seamless execution of client events. - Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Regularly report on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends.
