Job Description:

Field-level role focused on acquiring customers, maintaining relationships, and meeting monthly targets.

KRA:

·        Daily lead generation and conversion

·        Customer visit tracking and follow-ups

·        Timely reporting of daily/weekly sales progress

·        Accurate quotation and product knowledge delivery

·        Achievement of monthly/quarterly individual sales targets

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

·        Visit clients (corporate, retail, agencies) to present company products and services.

·        Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, field visits, and social media.

·        Conduct product presentations, share samples, and provide quotations.

·        Follow up regularly to convert prospects into clients.

·        Maintain accurate records of interactions, negotiations, and deal closures.

·        Work on achieving assigned individual and team sales targets.

·        Coordinate with in-house teams (design, production, delivery) for smooth execution.

·        Assist in after-sales service and customer feedback collection.

·        Maintain client database, update CRM tools, and prepare sales reports.

·        Attend exhibitions or industry events representing the company.
