Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in driving sales and expanding our market presence across various locations including Hyderabad, Bangalore, Mumbai City, and Kolkata. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, particularly in brokerage and mutual funds, and will be responsible for executing sales strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in door-to-door sales to promote our products and services, ensuring a personalized approach to each customer.
  • Conduct sales executive activities that include prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing sales.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to final sale, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to optimize sales operations and enhance overall performance.
  • Implement effective sales & marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
  • Perform field sales activities, including market research and competitor analysis, to identify new opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sales goals and objectives.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Experience: 1 to 5 years of relevant work experience in sales, preferably in brokerage and mutual funds.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of the sales process, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: A bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Work Schedule: This is a full-time position with a day schedule, requiring on-site presence.
  • Positions Available: We are looking to fill 10 positions, offering a competitive annual salary of 4,00,000.
