Job Opening: Sales Executive Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for direct sales and conducting in-person visits to salons, promoting our products and solutions. The role requires a strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving growth in the salon industry. Key Responsibilities: Direct Sales: Proactively identify and engage potential salon clients through direct sales efforts, including cold calling, emailing, and networking. Salon Visits: Conduct on-site visits to salons to demonstrate our IT products, understand their needs, and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements. Product Demonstrations: Provide comprehensive product demonstrations and presentations to salon owners and decision-makers. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with salon clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies to effectively position our products in the market. Sales Reporting: Track and report sales activities, progress, and results to management. Prepare sales forecasts and pipeline reports. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies and promotional campaigns. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from salon clients to provide insights for product improvements and customer service enhancements. Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience in direct sales, preferably within the IT or salon industry. Experience in conducting on-site product demonstrations is highly desirable. Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with salon owners and staff. Knowledge: Understanding of IT products and solutions, with the ability to quickly learn and articulate technical information. Self-Motivated: Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and objectives.
