Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Pre-Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads through cold calling, building relationships with clients, and closing sales to help us achieve our ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, onboard, and manage Channel Partners in the assigned area
• Educate partners about the Square Connect app and services
• Drive engagement through regular visits and support
• Promote premium product offerings and subscription plans
• Achieve targets related to onboarding. Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with CPs to build long-term trust

Ideal candidate preference :

• Have 1 - 4 years of field sales experience (real estate preferred).
• Understand the broker ecosystem and local property market
• Are great at building relationships and explaining Saas product
• Are target-driven, self-motivated, and excellent at follow-ups
• Graduate in any discipline

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments.
• Resilience and motivation to handle rejections and stay positive.
• The capability to improvise sales pitches based on customer interactions.
