Job Description

Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences. Provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, and pricing. Guide customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery. Present and negotiate sales offers, including financing and trade-in options. Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets set by the dealership. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Stay updated on new vehicle models, features, accessories, and competitive landscape. Complete necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently. Coordinate with the finance and insurance departments to ensure smooth transactions. Skill Required: 1. Should be graduated. 2.
