Job Description
As a Sales Executive at TIMAB India (Phosphea), you will play a crucial role in expanding and developing the business activities in the animal feed market, specifically in Andhra Pradesh. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for various key tasks to drive growth and achieve business objectives in the region. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and growing the business for our products in the designated area, closely monitoring the market landscape including competitors and potential clients, as well as expanding and maintaining a strong B2B client portfolio and distribution network. You will be expected to proactively source and pursue contacts, prospects, and partners to foster business relationships. Additionally, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts will be essential to optimize results, focusing on key aspects such as margins, volume, and market share. Managing the Profit and Loss (P&L) of your assigned area will also be a critical part of your role. To excel in this position, you should hold a degree in International Business or International Sales and possess prior experience in sales of Agri/Agro products or have familiarity with trading commodities. Proficiency in English and Telugu is preferred for effective communication. A core requirement for this role is a willingness to travel extensively for sales meetings, with an expected travel commitment of 75-80%. Strong negotiating skills, a customer-centric approach, and exceptional listening abilities are key attributes that will contribute to your success in this role. Additionally, you should be results-driven, adaptable, and open to relocation as per the directives of the Reporting Officer.
