Job Description: As a Solution Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying client challenges and offering personalized technical service plans tailored to meet their specific needs. Your primary focus will be on understanding the technical problems faced by clients and recommending suitable monthly or annual support plans to address those challenges. Success in this role will require you to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue targets, conversion rates, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
