Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pre Sales Executive at Casafy Realty. You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting sales presentations, and providing pre-sales support to potential customers in Pune. Your role will involve collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business. Responsibilities: Generate and qualify leads for the Pune real estate market through calls, emails, and digital platforms, ensuring a consistent flow of prospects. Understand client needs specific to the Pune market and provide tailored real estate solutions. Provide accurate information to clients about Pune-based properties, project features, pricing, and any ongoing offers. Coordinate and schedule site visits for potential clients, collaborating with on-ground sales teams in Hyderabad. Maintain and update the CRM system with client data and track progress from initial contact to deal closure. Support the sales team by preparing proposals, presentations, and required documentation for potential buyers in the Hyderabad region. Build strong relationships with prospective clients, nurturing long-term engagement for future opportunities. Assist in identifying market trends and customer needs in the Hyderabad real estate sector.
