We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Nashik. Your primary responsibility will be to generate and convert leads for our business services. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Nashik region. - Conduct market research to discover potential clients and industries. - Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients. - Visit sites to evaluate clients" energy consumption and assess potential for open access and rooftop solar. - Create and deliver proposals and quotations to clients. - Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals. - Meet and surpass sales targets. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution. Required Skills and Experience: - Proven sales expertise in the energy or related industry. - Thorough understanding of the electricity and energy market, especially in Maharashtra. - Knowledge of open access, net metering, and rooftop solar systems. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Strong negotiation and closing proficiencies. - Self-motivated and focused on achieving results. - Proficient in utilizing CRM software and other sales tools. This is a Full-time position with benefits including commuter assistance. The work schedule is during the day shift. A Bachelor's degree is required. You should have at least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the Energy/Power/Electrical sector. Proficiency in English is preferred and a license/certification related to sales in the Energy/Power/Electrical sector is required. The work location is in person.,
