1. The candidate should be in any (Fresher) Graduate ITI Any Diploma and (BE - Automobile Engineering - The candidate must share an undertaking that he will not resign before one year)

2. The candidate can be experienced in any Marketing with one or Two Years experience with any Graduate ITI Any Diploma and Any BE.

3. The candidate should be interested and passion for Field Sales - (40% in Show Rooms and 60% in Field Sales)

4. The candidate should have good communication in Local Language (Tamil) and English.

5. The candidate should be in the age group between 20 and 35 Years. .

Requirements
1. The candidate should have Two Wheeler with proper Driving License. If the candidate is having Four Wheeler License and Knowledge of Four Wheeler Driving it would be an added Advantage.
2.The candidate should be Responsible for Customer Relationship Management in the assigned territory after the Training period.
3. Responsible for Individual Target along with the Team once the candidate is fully trained after the training period.
4. The candidate should be interested to understand the Car Sales Selling Techniques during the Training Period.
5. The candidates should have fair knowledge in understands the Marketing and promotional activities during the training.
6. The Candidate should Develop identify new relevant clients & increase customer base once completed the training period
