Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Bruh Techno Private Limited. The Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value of our services. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for technology, a proven track record in sales, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including online research, networking events, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads to ensure consistent business growth.
- Initiate outbound sales efforts through cold calls, emails, and other relevant communication methods.
- Consultative Selling:
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their unique business needs and challenges.
- Provide tailored solutions by presenting our comprehensive range of services, including web and app development, video editing and graphic designing, social media marketing, Google Ads, and SEO.
- Clearly communicate the value proposition of our services and how they can address the client's specific requirements.
- Relationship Building:
- Establish and nurture positive relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries and providing timely updates.
- Proposal and Presentation:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that showcase our services and their benefits.
- Collaborate with our technical and creative teams to customize proposals that align with client needs.
- Negotiation and Closing:
- Articulate pricing, negotiate terms, and close sales deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Ensure all necessary documentation and agreements are accurately prepared and executed.
- Market Insights:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies related to our service offerings.
- Use market insights to provide feedback to internal teams and contribute to strategic decision-making.
