Job Description

You will be responsible for managing Sales Excellence in Bengaluru, with a total experience of 5 to 14 years and an MBA qualification. Reporting to the DGM-GTM & Trade Marketing, you will oversee distributor analytics, SFA/CRM/DMS administration, review & MIS preparation, retailer-database projects, and continuous improvement PMO. In the Distributor Analytics & Support domain, you will be required to extract primary & secondary sales, credit, and stock data from SAP/DMS, compute ROI dashboards, support distributor stock norms implementation, and enhance distributor credit hygiene and working capital health. Your duties in SFA/CRM/DMS Administration will include maintaining master data, resolving L1 issues within SLA, conducting monthly refresher clinics, performing data-sync audits, and supporting CRM usage. You will also drive the outlet recommendation engine implementation and DMS training. For Review & MIS Preparation, you will build branch and zonal decks, track field action plans, distribute scheduled MIS, and facilitate structured review cadence. Additionally, you will execute retailer survey initiatives, drive retail outlet segmentation, and monitor new outlets and key accounts. In Continuous Improvement PMO, you will document SOPs, pilot process enhancements, and report on their impact. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in the Sales Excellence role, preferably after 2 to 3 years in sales, with a stable job history. Strong communication skills, review mechanism, SFA/CRM/DMS knowledge, analytical thinking, and local language fluency are highly valued. Travel may be required as per business needs.,
