Job Title: Sales Coordinator Department: Sales & Events Location: Gurugram Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales and event operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client meetings, organizing events tailored to client requirements, and finalizing contracts. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills to ensure client satisfaction and successful deal closures. Key Responsibilities: Client Interaction & Support Schedule, coordinate, and attend client meetings to understand their needs and preferences. Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams. Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Event Coordination Plan and execute client events based on specific requirements and budgets. Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure seamless event execution. Oversee all event logistics including venue setup, timelines, and client satisfaction. Sales & Contracts Assist in preparing and delivering customized proposals and quotations. Negotiate terms and close contracts in line with company goals and client expectations. Ensure proper documentation and handover of confirmed deals to operations teams. Administrative & Reporting Maintain and update CRM systems with client interactions, contracts, and sales pipeline details. Prepare regular reports on meetings, event status, and contract closures. Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements: Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Event Coordinator, or similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Confidence in client-facing roles and negotiating contracts. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Ability to work 6 days a week. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or related field is preferred.
