Job Title: Automation Sales Engineer Department: Sales & Marketing Industrial Automation Location: [Noida, Delhi] Reports To: Regional Sales Manager / Business Development Manager Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Automation Sales Engineer to promote and sell automation solutions including, DCS PLCs, SCADA systems, HMI, VFDs, Servo, and other control products. The ideal candidate will combine a strong understanding of industrial automation technologies with consultative sales skills to develop new business and support existing customers. Key Responsibilities: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in industrial automation. Promote a range of automation products and solutions including PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFDs, Servo, and industrial communication systems. Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate automation solutions. Conduct technical presentations, product demos, and solution briefings for clients. Good Knowledge on Costing & Estimation on DCS , RIO, PLC , VFD Panel Prepare and submit technical-commercial proposals and quotations. Collaborate with internal application engineering and project teams for solution design and execution. Maintain relationships with OEMs, EPCs, system integrators, and end users. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to refine sales strategies. Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Provide pre-sales and limited post-sales technical support as required. Requirements: Bachelors degree or diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Mechatronics Engineering. 3+ years of experience in sales or application of industrial automation products. Sound knowledge of PLCs, SCADA, HMIs, VFDs, and industrial communication protocols. Experience with brands like Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, Mitsubishi, etc. is preferred.
