Job Description
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed distribution targets in the assigned region. Identify, appoint, and manage distributors/dealers in line with company policies. Monitor distributor performance and ensure product availability across all relevant markets. Drive secondary sales through regular market visits, promotional activities, and farmer engagement. Analyze sales data, competitor activities, and market trends to provide actionable insights. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement promotional campaigns. Train and motivate distributor sales teams and field executives. Submit regular reports on sales, market conditions, and forecasts to senior management.
