Key Responsibilities

1. Client Outreach
Proactively reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and other communication channels. Understand their business needs and introduce them to our services in a clear, engaging manner.

2. Tailored Pitching of Services
Create and deliver personalized sales pitches based on each clients specific challenges and objectives, demonstrating how our solutions can add value to their business.

3. CRM and Data Management
Accurately record and maintain all client interactions, leads, and follow-up details in our internal tools, ensuring transparency and smooth workflow within the team.


Qualifications Required

  • A graduate in any discipline from a recognized university

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional approach

  • Confident phone presence and the ability to build relationships quickly

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are highly encouraged to apply

  • Prior experience in HR, sales, or customer-facing roles is an added advantage
