Sales Development Representative (SDR) Night Shift | Inside/Outbound Sales


Job Summary:

We are hiring Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) for our client  a US-based B2B GTM acceleration firm. The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills and experience in cold calling, lead generation, and outbound sales. This is a full-time, work-from-office role in MG Road, Bangalore with a night shift (US process).

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential B2B clients in the US market

Generate qualified leads and schedule discovery calls for the sales team

Identify client needs and provide relevant product/service information

Maintain records of interactions and update CRM regularly

Collaborate with team leads to refine outreach strategies

Meet and exceed weekly/monthly lead generation targets
Desired Candidate Profile:

Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound/inside sales or B2B lead generation

Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills and confidence on phone/video calls

Willing to work in night shifts (US hours)

Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven

Experience in using CRM tools is a plus

Bachelor's degree in any field
