Job Description

Role: Sales Development Representative
Experience: 2 to 3 years.
Salary budget: 6 LPA max
Job Location: Mumbai ( Work from office )
Notcie Period: Immediate - 30 Days max
Interview process: 3 rounds of interviews, 2 will be technical and 1 will be HR discussion

Mandatory Skillsets:
Ability to convey message in good written English, writing and being able to edit information accurately.
Excellent communication in English both written and verbal
Basic understanding and practice in MS Excel required Attention to detail.
Should have knowledge of MS-Office; specially word and excel.
Good communication and presentation skill with good IQ

Roles and Responsibilities:
Prospect via call, email and social strategies.
Drive sales growth and create a pipeline for Account Executives.
Lead creative strategies and target decision-makers.
Understanding clients’ needs to create a value proposition selling.
Ability to stay up to date in the SaaS landscape and demonstrate our platform value.
Proactively build and identify opportunity signals and generate expansion opportunities (up-sell, add-on, cross-sell, etc.).

Saas and CRM experience A MUST.
Understanding of Helpdesk/CRM (Zendesk and Freshworks) A MUST.
Own the full sales cycle, from identifying expansion opportunities to building the relationships with key stakeholders to negotiation and contracting.
Possess a comprehensive understanding of monday.com solution and connect that knowledge directly to customer ROI.
