As a Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering actionable insights to clients, enabling them to enhance their processes through data-driven decisions. Your responsibilities will include conducting detailed analysis of sales and customer-specific data, understanding omnichannel sales and data sources, developing strategies to improve sales performance and customer experience, and providing insights based on data analysis and industry trends. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct in-depth analysis of sales and customer-specific data to identify trends and patterns for data-driven decision-making. - Understand omnichannel sales and engage in peer-level conversations with clients on emerging business requirements. - Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales performance and customer experience. - Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and offer customized solutions. - Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to clients. - Manage projects and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work. - Stay updated with industry trends in sales, customer experience, and e-commerce technologies. - Contribute to internal initiatives for the company's growth. Requirements Qualifications: - Strong educational background in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field. - 4-6 years of experience in sales and customer analytics, preferably in consumer industries. - Proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies such as Excel, Python, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau. - Experience with predictive algorithms and web analytics tools is a plus. - Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills. - Ability to work independently, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving capabilities. - Knowledge of industry trends in sales, customer experience, and e-commerce technologies. - Experience working with cross-functional teams and delivering impactful solutions.
