Job Description
The job involves counseling existing clients and converting potential leads into prospects. You will be responsible for creating convincing sale pitches and driving overall clinical revenue growth through rapport building and selling skills. Regular data calling as a care manager to address concerns for maximum retention and referral generation is also part of the role. Providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction is essential. Additionally, you will follow up with potential clients and convert leads into appointments, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the growth of the business. Requirements for this position include proven sales experience in Aesthetic or a related field, strong communication and interpersonal skills, a high EQ, and an empathetic attitude. Knowledge of skin, hair, and laser treatments and products is necessary. You should have the ability to convert prospects into loyal clients, possess a self-motivated and target-driven mindset, and preferably have experience in hands-on cosmetology procedures or related to Skin Care Clinic. Female candidates are preferred for this role. This is a full-time job with a rotational shift schedule. The work location is in person.
