Job Description
Interacting with potential customers via various channels such as Live Chat, E-mails, Social Media and direct calls to promote product services. Handle incoming calls, addressing customer complaints and gather customer feedback. Explain product features, benefits, pricing and modifying sales pitches in response to customer demand. Build positive relationships with customers and convert the Orders into closing sales. Identify customer needs, offer solutions and put forward suggestions in accordance with the requirements of the consumer. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, acquiring and retaining customer contact information databases. Collecting information and providing support for Promoting & Marketing of products.
