Job Description

1. Sales Coordination:

  - Assist the sales team in daily operations and administrative tasks.

  - Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.

  - Coordinate sales meetings and training sessions, ensuring all relevant materials are prepared in advance.

  - Manage customer inquiries and ensure timely responses.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

  - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

  - Assist in the development of proposals and contracts, ensuring alignment with client needs.

  - Follow up with client's post-sale to gather feedback and address any concerns.

3. Business Enhancement Initiatives:

  - Identify opportunities for process improvements within the sales team and assist in implementing best practices.

  - Collaborate with the marketing team to identify trends and develop strategies that drive sales performance.

  - Conduct market research to support business development initiatives and identify potential areas for growth.

  - Assist in the development and execution of strategies to enhance customer experience and retention.

4. Data Management:

  - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and business performance metrics.

  - Support the sales team by ensuring that the CRM system is properly utilized and maintained.

5. Reporting:

  - Generate regular reports on sales activities, progress towards targets, and business development initiatives.

  - Analyze sales data to provide insights and recommendations to improve performance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any stream, bachelor's in business administration, 

- Proven experience as a sales coordinator or in a similar role.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
