Job Title: Sales Coordinator Location: Siliguri, Wes Bengal Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably in real estate. Strong knowledge of real estate sales processes and market trends. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and database management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Sales Support & Coordination: Assist the sales team in managing and organizing client inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups. Maintain accurate records of property listings, sales transactions, and client interactions in CRM systems. Prepare and update sales reports, presentations, and marketing materials. Coordinate between sales agents, clients, and other internal departments to ensure seamless communication. Client Interaction & Relationship Management: Act as a point of contact for potential and existing clients, providing necessary information and assistance. Schedule property viewings, open houses, and client meetings. Address client queries and escalate concerns to the appropriate team members when necessary. Marketing & Promotional Activities: Support marketing campaigns by coordinating with the marketing team on property promotions. Help in organizing real estate events, exhibitions, and open houses. Distribute promotional materials and track campaign effectiveness. Sales Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and update sales performance metrics. Generate reports on sales trends, customer preferences, and market competition. Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies.
