Job Description

we have an opening for Sales coordinator and sales executive profile for Mulund and Kurla location.


Office Hours: 9.30am to 6.30pm
Working Day: Mon To Sat

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support :
Assist the sales team by managing daily administrative tasks.
Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices.
Monitor the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with customers.
Provide information on product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines to customers.
Customer Relationship Management :
Act as a liaison between the sales team and customers.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to product orders, delivery, and service.
 Maintain a positive relationship with clients by ensuring that all customer needs are met.
Order Management :
Manage the sales order process from initiation to delivery.
Ensure that orders are accurately entered into the system and that
customers receive timely delivery.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to track the status of orders.
Sales Reporting :
Assist in preparing weekly, monthly, or quarterly sales reports.
Track sales performance and provide insights on areas for improvement.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
Communication :
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and follow-ups with clients and internal teams.
Provide timely updates to the sales team regarding customer feedback, market trends, and product information
